My Priorities for
ward 3

Ward 3 is the heart of Saint John. It is rich in history, character, and community pride. But like many parts of our city, it faces real challenges that require thoughtful, practical leadership.

My campaign is built around three priorities that reflect what I hear most from residents.

Homes People Can Afford

Everyone deserves a place to call home.

Housing is the foundation of a strong community. Without safe and affordable housing, everything else becomes harder.

I will advocate for expanding non-market and affordable housing options and work closely with local organizations, and other levels of government to support families, seniors, and young people starting out.

neighbourhoods that feel safe

Every person deserves to feel safe walking to school, catching the bus, or enjoying a park.

I will work to improve lighting and sidewalks, expand transit options, and support community-led safety programs so neighbours know each other, kids can play freely, and everyone feels welcome.

When we feel safe, we come together, and that is how inclusive communities get stronger.

Opportunities for Everyone

Every person deserves a good job and the chance to start a business here.

The Port of Saint John is one of our greatest assets - connecting us to global markets and driving growth that strengthens our entire city.

I will champion policies that help small businesses grow, attract responsible investment, and create employment pathways across sectors.

How I’ll Lead Differently

I’m running because City Council should work for you, not the other way around. That means listening first, being honest about what’s possible, and finding practical solutions that make life better for people in Ward 3.

I’ll lead by bringing people together. When residents, local businesses, and community organizations work side by side, we can solve big problems in ways that actually work. My focus will always be on results you can see and feel in your neighbourhood.

This isn’t politics as usual. It’s about building trust, making decisions with empathy and evidence, and creating a city where everyone feels they belong and afford to live. If that’s the future you want, let’s make it happen together.
